We are pleased to allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order on all items that have not yet been opened, worn, and/or tampered with. If the main package has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Why do we have such a strict return policy?
Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. For the safety and reassurance, we provide the best quality material for all our customers. We take matters of hygiene seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned. This is an industry standard, and other suppliers maintain this return policy as well. If the item were received defectively, we ask customers to immediately send a picture with a detailed description to email@example.com we will consider each return on a case-by-case basis.
